Mike Frerichs
Mike has been performing inspections for over 10 years. He was trained by Pat Casey, Omaha’s first home inspector and a past national president of ASHI (the American Society of Home Inspectors). Mike achieved ASHI’s highest designation, ACI (ASHI Certified Inspector) within six months of beginning work and has continued his training and education throughout his home inspection career. He is a certified mold inspector and has a special interest in learning about electrical systems and equipment.
In his spare time Mike is an amateur arborist, bicyclist, motorcyclist, and enjoys working on his own house.
